With a small profile footprint, this unit has fully integrated high voltage parts and needs only a 24V DC supply. CMM IQ Easy and CMME The CMM IQ Easy is a charging generator specially designed for IML applications. The robust housing is compact and only weighs 500 grams, making it perfect for the end of arm mounting in your IML pick and place handling systems. It easily withstands the high G-forces occurring during IML processes.

The CMM IQ Easy has a unique (patented) Cycle OK feature. This innovative feature completely eliminates the guesswork and experimental setup for each individual IML application and when changing product or label.

Using the parameters, generated by the CMM IQ Easy, you can significantly reduce the charging and the total cycle time of your injection moulding process. It will save you time and money! The CMM IQ Easy increases reliability, reduces initial set up, change over and cycle time.

When the label(s) have accumulated enough electrostatic charge, a signal will become active, indicating that the charging is finished. This signal can be used by the machine interface to decide when to stop charging. A second stage, in the Cycle OK, is a signal that indicates that the charge on the mandrel has dropped to a safe level allowing removal of the mandrel from the mould.

The Cycle OK signal gives you, even more, information about the process. If during the charging process, the charging level deviates more than 10% from the setpoint, the Cycle OK signal will not be activated, telling you that charging was not successful.
