The BW ionised air nozzle has been specifically designed to neutralise and clean inside plastic bottles for improved quality in plastic bottling lines.
- Static Elimination
- AC Ionisation
Simco's BW nozzle is designed to clean and discharge inside plastic bottles. Ionisation takes place at the end of the tube from which compressed air is blown. The ionised air travels inside the plastic bottle removing any static charge on the plastic surface, then loosening contamination. When the bottle is inverted the contamination will simply fall out leaving a clean bottle.
The tubes are available in two diameters and in a range of lengths.
- Working distance: 150 mm max.
- Air consumption with 1/4” tube: 4 Nm3/h using 1 bar
- Air consumption with 3/8” tube: 8,5 Nm3/h using 1 bar
- Max. pressure: 6 bar
- Shockless touchable emitter
- Specially designed for neutralising and cleaning (small) bottles on the inside
A flexible version of the tube is also possible, type BF-W, contact eStat Solutions for more information. Simco-Ion power units, A2A3S, supply the necessary high voltage.
